The story of the Di Martino’s, owners of the namesake pasta factory, is a century-old one and goes hand in hand with their astonishing passion for pasta. Since 1912 the tenacious and respectful work of three generations of pasta makers of the Di Martino family has led the historic pasta factory to become one of the world-renowned pasta makers. Following the tradition, pasta are made in Gragnano, known as the “City of Pasta". Di Martino goes through the selection of the best Italian durum wheat semolina, mixes it with the pure spring water from Forma river, and slowly lets it dry at low temperatures. Their pasta contains a minimum of 14% proteins, which helps to get great firmness and high digestibility. Di Martino pasta are all of the best quality and made with passion and integrity, which confers a unique taste.
