Coloryn was founded in 2003. It joins the traditional flavours with the most modern technologies. The curing process of our hams is totally handmade, we make the individual following of each piece during the necessary time, we serve each piece in the perfect moment. During the cutting time we choose carefully all the pieces of the pig for produce our product. All products are manufactured in a traditional way.
