Since 19 century, Acetaia Bellei has been producing balsamic vinegar in the province of Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The company has been handed down through generations and dedicates itself exclusively to production of Balsamic Vinegar. Whole production respects the most rigorous quality standards and carefully selects raw materials, only Italian and from selected local suppliers, in order to develop a unique and inimitable product. Products are certified by IGP which ensures its excellent quality.
