Growing up on a small farm in Italy, Mario and Gaetano Bongiorno, learned the secrets of making the finest Italian cheese. After moving to Australia in the 60’s, the brother continued to work in the cheese industry and finally establish Alba Cheese Manufacturing in 1982. Alba Cheese used 100% Australian Milk for a rich milk flavour. No animal rennet are used for forming cheese, Alba cheese is suitable for vegetarian and Halal Friendly. Over the years, production has grown phenomenally due to the popularity of their age-old traditional ways of making cheese and has become a house icon in Australia and Internationally.
